THE WAKE-UP WINDOW: TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Provider: Legacy Dads Coaching, LLC (“Coach,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)
Client: (“You,” “Participant,” or “Client”)

By checking the box to accept these Terms and Conditions and submitting payment for The Wake-Up Window (the “Program”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:

1. Program Overview

The Wake-Up Window is a six-week private coaching experience designed to help men gain clarity, self-awareness, and direction through guided reflection and one-on-one coaching.
The Program includes:

Six weeks of guided video lessons and reading materials (“Reading Drops”)

Voxer message prompts and response exchanges

Four one-on-one Zoom coaching calls

Exercises and reflection worksheets

All Program materials are the intellectual property of Legacy Dads Coaching and are protected by copyright.

2. Payment Terms

The full Program investment is $1,800 USD, due in full at enrollment.
No payment plans are available.
Because enrollment secures one-on-one coaching time and access to proprietary materials, all payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of participation level or completion.

3. Client Responsibilities and Participation Requirements

The Wake-Up Window is designed for active engagement. To be eligible for the results guarantee (see Section 4), you must:

Watch all videos and complete all assigned readings

Participate fully in Voxer prompts and reflections

Complete all exercises and worksheets

Attend all four scheduled one-on-one Zoom sessions on time and ready to communicate.

Maintain open, honest communication throughout the Program

Failure to complete any of these requirements voids the results guarantee described below.

4. Results Guarantee

We guarantee that if you fully participate in The Wake-Up Window as outlined above, you will experience tangible progress in the following five areas:

Clarity of Expression – You will have clear words for your pain; no more vague frustration or confusion about what’s actually driving it.

Pattern Awareness – You will identify your escape routes — the habits and patterns you run to when pain gets loud.

Breakthrough Moment – You will experience at least one lived moment in which you catch yourself mid-pattern and choose differently.

Shift at Home – Those closest to you (wife, children, or family) will notice a difference: more grounded, less reactive, more present.

Personal Direction – You will leave the Program with a clear next step, already in motion, based on your own lived insights.

If you have fully completed all Program requirements and have not experienced these results by the end of the six weeks, Legacy Dads Coaching will provide six (6) months of free one-on-one coaching, every other week, at no additional charge.

It is the Client’s responsibility to schedule these free sessions within that six-month window. Any missed or unscheduled sessions are forfeited.

5. Client Responsibility and Disclaimer

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes.

The Coach provides mentorship, perspective, and guidance — not therapy, medical treatment, or psychological counseling.

This Program is for personal development and self-leadership purposes only.

Results vary based on individual effort, honesty, and willingness to apply the work.

You agree not to hold Legacy Dads Coaching or its representatives liable for any physical, emotional, financial, or relational outcomes that may arise as a result of your participation.

6. Confidentiality

All private information shared within one-on-one sessions or Voxer threads is confidential and will not be shared without written permission, except as required by law (e.g., threat of harm, abuse, or criminal activity).

You also agree to maintain confidentiality of any Program materials or discussions that occur with or about other participants (if any).

7. Intellectual Property

All Program materials, including videos, readings, exercises, frameworks, and written content, are the exclusive property of Legacy Dads Coaching.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, teach, sell, or use any portion of this material for commercial purposes without express written consent.
Violation of this clause may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Legacy Dads Coaching disclaims all liability for damages of any kind arising out of or related to this Program, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Program is the results guarantee described above.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
In the event of any dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before pursuing arbitration or legal action.
Any unresolved disputes shall be settled by binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.

10. Agreement and Acknowledgment

By checking the box at checkout or enrollment, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in full.

You are enrolling voluntarily and take full responsibility for your participation.

You understand this is not therapy, medical advice, or a substitute for professional care.

You understand that all payments are final and non-refundable.

You agree to the Program requirements and terms of the results guarantee.
